• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise services and applications.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Support system and data integrations across internal and external systems, database objects, and automated processes.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot data‑processing issues, interface failures, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Operations Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and up‑to‑date technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment procedures, incident reports, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including encryption, auditing, role‑based access control, and data masking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development, deployment, and support processes.
• Participate in incident response and on‑call support rotations.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and application support.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, DML, and DDL.
• Good hands‑on development experience with Python and C#/.NET.
• Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and enterprise tools such as Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment through daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings.
