About This Job

- Lead on site audit teams and provide hands‑on compliance and/or advisory services to meet or exceed client expectations
- Take responsibility for wider client management and liaison on smaller less complex assignments
- Actively participate in audit planning discussions to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
- Communicate any issues relating to an audit with Manager or Partner, including matters that arise during the audit
- Ensure efficient use of appropriate software packages
- Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
- Prepare or review work papers and drafts of the financial statements
- Produce client deliverables, specifically drafting sections of the report to management
- Address, discuss and advance conclusions in respect of technical and audit issues identified during the audit
- Maintain up to date understanding of clients' business and good working relationships with client staff
- Adhere to the firm's risk management policies and procedures, including consulting the audit manual
- Delegate work to other members of the Audit team, ensuring associates understand responsibilities and receive training
- Attend training courses to develop technical and personal skills and keep records for compliance
- Contribute to departmental and office meetings
- Control the audit in relation to timescales and risk management procedures
- Consistently achieve deadlines and understand commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service
- Accurately record time spent and document reasons for overruns
- Communicate workload with Manager or Partner
Yêu cầu
- Having 3-5 years in a professional services/corporate environment, working as an auditor
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Professional qualification (CAT, ACCA, ICAEW, VNCPA, CPA Australia) is preferable
