- Lead strategic direction and quality governance for the vertical’s UI/UX design.
- Own and refine end‑to‑end design processes, building scalable design‑to‑development pipelines.
- Mentor and scale a high‑performing design team of Lead and Senior designers.
- Engage with product owners, balancing UX, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Oversee evolution of the vertical’s design language and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Facilitate design critiques, peer reviews, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 7‑9+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, including 2‑3 years in a Lead/Manager role for high‑scale consumer apps.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking, complex problem solving, and business metrics.
- Strong system thinking and interaction design foundation for complex product ecosystems.
- Expertise in research, validation design, and evidence‑based decisions.
- Proven track record in architecting, scaling, and adopting complex design languages.
- DesignOps expertise: building and scaling design processes, tooling, and handoff workflows.
- Excellent negotiation and influence skills, ability to defend design decisions with data to C‑level executives.
