• Lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns with business partners and agencies, operating independently with minimal supervision.
• Own the execution of company‑led demand generation campaigns and provide end‑to‑end event execution for internal and external customers.
• Drive solutions‑focused planning with business partners on marketing initiatives, focusing on HPE solutions.
• Engage business partners and suppliers independently, coordinating with sales teams and providing regular checkpoints with the manager.
• Track and monitor leads and opportunities with brands, managing e‑marketing campaigns and reporting tools.
• Accountable for campaign results, managing MDF, Co‑op, and MDF systems reporting.
• Support the sales organization with extended sales support and strategic involvement from planning to execution of programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Yêu cầu

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in HPE solutions is a plus.
• IT industry preferred only, experienced in fast‑paced environment.
• Channels Marketing driven.
• Exposure to creativity marketing events.
• Exposure to Digital Marketing an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Experience in working with sales environment.
• Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.
• Good written and communication skill.
• Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure.
• Capable of building strong network with suppliers, customers and internal sales team and capitalize on the network to build organization presence.
• Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis.
• Independent worker able to work on Photoshop creatives.
