About This Job

- Build and strengthen relationships with franchise decision makers to increase sales opportunities and brand presence.
- Identify and pursue new store opportunities across Vietnam.
- Apply sales strategies, policies, and best practices to the Franchise Sales business.
- Allocate resources, negotiate, implement, and track action plans to achieve annual net sales targets.
- Ensure proper representation and in‑store execution.
- Pursue additional business opportunities and apply a strategic mid‑long‑term approach.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings and facilitate communication with other functions and accounts.
- Develop franchise account strategies, update quarterly initiatives, and present to local management.
- Schedule regular franchise visits and manage sell‑in and sell‑through support.
- Lead alignment of sell‑in/out processes across internal functions and facilitate business reviews with operations and customer service.
- Conduct and share sell‑through information with the account.
- Hire appropriately, set objectives, targets, guidelines, coach, and build team capabilities.
- Develop functional and interpersonal skills of direct reports to maximize individual potential.
- Foster collaboration between teams and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Measure franchisee KPIs, monitor market trends and competitors, and provide realistic business plans and forecasts aligned with the company’s long‑range plan.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in Business with Marketing and Sales focus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Franchise Management (preferably).
- Experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail or FMCG.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Exposure to Sports, marketing, and account management.
- Proficiency in Outlook (Basic), Word (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced).
