About This Job

- Provide hands‑on technical support for customers using Synopsys Design Implementation and Verification tools, troubleshooting issues in physical design flows such as floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure.
- Take ownership of customer technical cases from initial investigation through resolution, debugging tool behavior, analyzing design data, and working with customers to deploy solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D engineering teams across regions to escalate complex issues, communicate customer requirements, and validate fixes or new features before deployment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively following up on open issues, understanding their design challenges, and ensuring they get the most out of Synopsys tools.
- Work with Synopsys Fusion Compiler, ICC2, and related sign‑off tools to help customers optimize their implementation methodologies and improve design outcomes.
- Create and refine technical documentation, application notes, and best practices based on real customer engagements and lessons learned in the field.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of ASIC physical design and implementation methodologies, including floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, and static timing analysis.
- Working knowledge of Verilog and digital design fundamentals.
- Comfort with Linux or Unix environments and scripting in Tcl, Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
