About This Job

- Provide technical support for EDA design and verification tools including VCS, Verdi, Spyglass, Certitude, and Z01X, troubleshooting customer issues and working toward resolution.
- Take ownership of tool migrations and validation across different release versions, ensuring customers can move forward without breaking their workflows.
- Collaborate with application engineers, R&D teams, and customers globally to understand requirements, elevate complex issues, and support successful tool adoption.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively tracking issues, following up on feedback, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the support lifecycle.
- Learn new tool features and capabilities, including AI-related functionality, as they become available.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across the team.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of design and verification methodologies, or prior experience as an application engineer in the verification field
- Working knowledge of Verilog; familiarity with SystemVerilog, UVM, VHDL, or UPF is a plus
- Exposure to standard protocols and verification IPs such as AMBA VIP, or to static and dynamic verification concepts
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work across functions and regions
- Willingness to learn new tools, features, and emerging technologies including AI-related capabilities in EDA
