About This Job

- Ensure compliance with the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand client well construction and commercial terms.
- Design well trajectory using approved software (Well Architect, Compass, etc.) and draft bottom‑hole drilling assembly.
- Run engineering simulations such as torque & drag, hydraulic, etc., and perform offset job analysis and product/service specific modelling calculations.
- Work with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all application constraints are considered.
- Design a job program, including risk mitigation and contingency plans, to meet client objectives and maximize revenue potential.
- Accurately document calculations, simulations, plan revisions, and changes for visibility and audit purposes.
- Provide on‑demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on‑call schedule for job execution.
- Work on field incidents related to products/services and participate in incident investigations.
- Ensure timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in well planning/applications engineering roles within Drilling Services or field operations for drilling services/Wellbore construction as directional driller, MWD engineer, or drilling engineer.
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- Willingness to travel to customer offices or facilities, meetings, training, and other SEA locations.
- Availability to be on call outside normal business hours.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, process improvement, analytical, and basic leadership skills.
