About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide secretarial support to the General Director.
- Organize company events, including company trips, year-end parties, and farewell or welcome parties.
- Manage office operations, including service contracts, gifts, office supplies, maintenance, and reservations for hotels, cars, flights, and flowers.
- Handle IT-related issues, including PC maintenance and replacement, server maintenance, and telephone and TV conference systems.
- Manage labor contracts, recruitment, payroll, compensation, social insurance, and work permit and visa arrangements.
- Handle other Admin/HR tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học.
- University degree, in HR or accounting (Bachelor’s).
- 3–5 years of experience in secretary, Admin & HR work.
- Hands‑on experience in secretary work, work permit/visa arrangement and salary computation.
- Knowledge of the current labor code, law on compulsory insurance, PIT and related regulations, and IT.
- Fluent business English (written and spoken).
- Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
