About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- 1/ Territory management – Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on‑label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- 2/ Customer management – Identify key decision makers, maintain good relationships with key customers, conduct commercial operation support in alignment with BU objective, keep updating market and customer information.
- 3/ Key account business planning – Regularly monitor business performance to ensure performance is in line with objectives, provide immediate solutions to address sudden changes in the market behaviour of targeted accounts.
- 4/ Compliance – Comply with all regulations and compliance including interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/medicine.
- At least 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good business sense.
- Initiative and enthusiasm.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
