- Work directly with the Account Director to manage day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project updates, requests, and ongoing communication.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of promotional marketing projects from brief to final delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, manage expectations, and follow up on feedback.
- Coordinate internally with creative, procurement, production, logistics, and other teams to translate client requirements into clear actions and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Prepare and present timelines, proposals, quotations, project updates, and other client‑facing materials.
- Support the Account Director in identifying additional client needs and opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on samples, production specs, quality, and delivery, escalating issues early.
- Maintain accurate project information in internal systems, including workflow tracking, order status, reporting, and key documentation.
- Provide general project administration and documentation support as required.
Yêu cầu
- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing, ideally within marketing, advertising, or activation agency.
- Strong communicator with a confident, engaging personality, comfortable building relationships and working directly with clients.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills, with ability to take ownership and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, comfortable working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
- Collaborative team player who works well with Account, Creative, Procurement, Production, and external partners.
