- Support end-to-end delivery of promotional marketing projects, from kick-off to delivery.
- Help prepare timelines, client documents, and status updates.
- Assist with tracking orders, managing delivery updates, and handling logistics documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure sample accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Learn and use internal systems to workflow tracking, reporting, and quality control.
- Support the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager in project reporting and documentation.
Yêu cầu
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, sourcing, coordination, or procurement support role (or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience).
- Good understanding and previous experience in POSM.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines.
