About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Research and develop Math curriculum, teaching strategies, and instructional materials to align with learning objectives.
- Design student learning projects and assessment tools including test banks and rubrics.
- Compose Operations Manuals and provide system-wide training for teachers and management on curriculum implementation.
- Develop action plans to monitor teacher performance and ensure consistency in program quality.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, analyze student learning data, and report findings to management.
- Review and update curriculum resources and implementation plans on a regular basis.
- Support school teams with teacher recruitment and assignment tasks.
- Create communication documents for teachers and parents regarding the curriculum.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
- Profound knowledge of the subject curriculum and understanding of Vietnamese students.
- Expertise in curriculum mapping and educational program implementation.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-departmental work in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Capability to design and lead quality assurance systems.
- Ability to provide professional guidance and training to staff.
