About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Curriculum research and development, including mapping standards, developing teaching strategies, and designing learning materials.
- Lead the design of student learning projects and educational materials.
- Compose assessment materials, including test banks and rubrics.
- Maintain an inventory of curriculum resources.
- Support curriculum implementation by composing operations manuals and providing system-wide training.
- Monitor teacher performance and provide professional development support.
- Create and lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Conduct classroom observations, review rubrics, and design assessments.
- Analyze student learning outcomes and provide regular reports to management.
- Support teacher recruitment and assignment processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Great command of English (IELTS 7.0 or above/equivalent).
- Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience in coordinating work in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Profound knowledge of the subject curriculum and Vietnamese students.
- Expertise in curriculum mapping and educational program implementation.
- Ability to train and guide School Managers, Heads of Department, and Teachers.
