About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Provides IT support across the company including our factory area, warehouse operations and office users.
- Resolves incidents and fulfil service requests in accordance with pre-defined SLA.
- Maintains client devices in good condition, maintain accurate asset inventory of client devices.
- Assists on maintain good condition on Servers, Network devices, meeting room facilities.
- Handles I.T. procurement or administrative works.
- Ad hoc assignments which required to assist as advised from Regional Team Head.
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years working experience on Infrastructure, Networking, IT Helpdesk Support.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Hardware, Information Technology or Engineering or above.
- Good team player and work as a part of the team across APAC region.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in factory environment is highly preferred.
- Vendor Management experience is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Troubleshooting knowledge and experience of Cisco Meraki Network Switch, Wi-Fi Access Point, Structural Cabling, Physical Server, Virtual Machine, Network Storage, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 Applications, Microsoft Azure, Windows Desktop and Laptop, Network Printers, VoIP Phone, IT Documentation and Training.

- Work Conditions: 40-48 hours per week. Rotating Saturday off.
- To be busy and work in high pressure environment.
- Usually work in a good environment, cool air-conditioner.
