👉 Job Description
* Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones.
* Write and execute manual test cases to check software functionality and performance.
* Create and update test plans and cases for new and existing features.
* Support communication and collaboration between the development team and project manager, customer.
* Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes).
* Prepare a detailed report on the project status to effectively follow up on the project.
* Manage requirements via Email and systems (e.g., Jira).



👉 Your Skills and Experience

🌟 Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in any job area, preferably related to Korean.
* Korean (TOPIK Level 5) : Work directly with Director by Korean
* English (at least B1) : Use English when :

. Translating customer REQs from Korean to Dev (reading and writing needed)

. Follow meetings between Devs and Director (listening)

. Sometimes, interpretation (Kor+Eng -> Vie) may be needed if Director and Devs misunderstanding (but need to follow meetings by listening to English first)
* Strong communication skills, proactive and dynamic personality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Clear communication with a focus on key points.
* Strong attention to detail in work and documentation.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

🌟 Plus point (optional):
* Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps,..) is a plus.
* Knowledge of testing methods and processes.

✅ SALARY: For candidates with 2+ years of experience, salary will be based on the candidate’s expected salary and experience.

✅ Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00), Rest time (12:00 - 13:00)
